Brayman, Houle, Keating and Albright PLLC is pleased to announce that Gregory S. Zerega, CPA has been admitted as a partner in BHKA, LLC. Since joining the firm in 2002, Greg has become an integral part of the BHKA team. In addition to Individual income tax preparation and planning, his areas of practice have expanded to include small to medium sized closely held businesses in the manufacturing, real estate development, restaurant, and technology industries.

Greg has been active in establishing and strengthening the Firm’s culture and is a welcome addition to the executive team and plays a leading role in the firm’s technology growth. Greg helps ensure the continued success and growth of BHKA into the future.

Greg received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont in 1999. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Hampshire and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Hampshire Society of CPAs.

Retirement Announcement:

Brayman, Houle, Keating and Albright, PLLC announces the retirement of one of our founding partners, Jules J. Brayman, CPA effective June 1, 2021. Jules is a founding member of Brayman, Houle, Keating and Albright, PLLC and served on the executive leadership team for his entire career. His commitment to providing quality accounting services to the firm’s clients in a professional manner helped shape BHKA’s culture.

Jules was instrumental in taking the firm from its infancy and building it into one of the most respected and successful CPA firms in Southern New Hampshire at the time of his retirement. He has been a mentor to many staff members over the years and leaves a lasting legacy upon his departure. Although he has ridden off into the warmth of Florida in his retirement, his spirit remains very much a part of BHKA.
